Los Angeles
Police Officer Terri Lincoln retired after 23 years of outstanding
service. She worked various patrol
divisions prior to joining the Air Support Division in 1989.
Terri’s work
ethic and enthusiasm earned her a highly competitive selection for pilot
training. In January 1991, she proudly
received her Command Pilot wings and served 17 years as one of the first female
Command Pilots, accumulating over 7,000 hours of flight time.
Terri was
chosen as the cover story for the “Women in Aviation” magazine and on October
18, 2007, she was honored at “The Law Enforcement and Firefighters Appreciation
Ceremony” as Officer of the Year.
