Leadership Cohorts

Leadership Development Built Around
The Maverick Leadership Method™

A six-week live virtual leadership experience for leaders who want to strengthen how they lead when pressure rises.

Built around real leadership failures, disciplined reflection, and a final pressure exercise, each cohort helps leaders recognize what becomes visible when stakes are high.

Who This Cohort Is For

This cohort is built for leaders responsible for culture, clarity, and performance when pressure rises.

It is for the business owner building something that must hold when uncertainty arrives.

It is for the CEO who understands that loyalty, ownership, and trust are not created during crisis, they are built long before pressure tests leadership.

It is for the executive facing silos, misalignment, or cultural drift and determined to bring people into one clear, functioning team.

It is for leaders navigating change who want practical ways to strengthen ownership, address what has quietly been tolerated, and lead with greater clarity before visible problems force action.

Participants leave with leadership tactics they can apply immediately, repeatable skills they can rely on under pressure, and a stronger understanding of how culture is shaped long before results reveal it.

Why Leadership Cohorts Work

The Maverick Leadership Method™ is designed to be worked through, not simply explained. In a live virtual cohort setting, leaders begin by examining real examples of organizations that suffered serious consequences when leadership failed to recognize what pressure was already exposing. These early discussions establish a practical lens for understanding why some organizations hold under pressure while others begin losing strength long before crisis becomes visible.

Each of the following four weeks centers on one pillar of the method, allowing participants to examine leadership patterns, organizational realities, and pressure points through a more disciplined lens. In the final week, leaders move through a guided pressure exercise designed to surface judgment, expose weak points, and reveal where stronger clarity and leadership discipline are still required.

Inside the Six Week Leadership Experience

Week 1

Leadership Failures Under Pressure

The cohort opens by examining organizations where leadership decisions, cultural weaknesses, and missed signals carried significant consequences. Participants explore why pressure exposed what leadership had not fully recognized earlier.

Week 2

Build Ownership

This session examines how ownership shapes leadership response long before pressure arrives. Participants explore why some teams step forward under pressure while others hesitate, defer, or wait.

Week 3

Stabilize Chaos

Participants examine what leadership must recognize when pressure begins affecting clarity, communication, and coordinated action. The discussion focuses on how stability influences decision quality when conditions remain unsettled.

Week 4

Establish Courageous Vision

This week focuses on how leaders hold direction when competing pressures begin influencing judgment. Participants examine why vision often determines whether organizations stay aligned when uncertainty rises.

Week 5

Sustain Resilient Momentum

Participants explore why early movement often fails to produce lasting progress. The discussion centers on what leadership must continue recognizing after urgency no longer commands immediate attention.

Week 6

Pressure Exercise

The cohort concludes with a guided pressure exercise where leadership habits, decision patterns, and cultural responses become visible in real time.
